I have been passionately selling residential real estate in the Boston area for over 5 years. Upon transitioning from my first career in social work, I found my true calling in real estate. I utilize a client-focused approach, enthusiastically relishing every opportunity to help buyers, sellers, and property owners alike. I joined RE/MAX Destiny in 2021 and reached the 100% Club in just 7 months. This was repeated again in 2022.
I appreciate that the real estate process is more than just a transaction - it is a series of important and often emotional decisions. As such, I strive to be respectful of individual differences and preferences. I deliver consistently positive results by clearly and efficiently communicating with agents, lawyers, lenders, landlords, and anyone else who may be involved in a client’s next chapter of life.
I grew up in Newton and went to school at Bates College in Maine. In my spare time, I enjoy live music, comedy shows, skiing, and playing with my beloved cat Oliver.

Would rate 6 stars if I could. Adam was tireless, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, engaged, responsive, honest and most of all, present. We were buying and selling at the height of the pandemic housing market and had to contend with low inventory, high prices, absurdly high competing offers, waived contingencies, etc. Adam helped steer us through the storm of buying a new house and selling out current home. He attended every single open house and showing (plus the ones he went to alone just to become an expert in our area), inspections, walkthroughs, etc. After some frustrations and heartache in this tough market, he helped us find the perfect home for us, and through his advice and hard work, helped us achieve an excellent price on the sale of our starter home after a bidding war. Adam is straightfoward, and refreshingly honest in helping both buyers and sellers manage expectations, budgets and strategies, He didn't overpromise but delivered more than expected, and outworked everyone else we encountered in the process.
As my realtor for my first home purchase, Adam was the consummate professional. He responded promptly to all my inquires and questions. He made excellent recommendations based on his keen knowledge of the surronding areas. He knows the great Boston area intimately. Most importantly, Adam advocated for me, the buyer and his client, at all times during the home buying process. I highly recommend Adam for anyone looking for a realtor.
Adam is the best realtor you will find in the Boston area. My search was around Brighton, Cambridge, Waltham and Watertown and he was very knowledgeable of the neighborhoods. He was never pushy and always played the role of the devils advocate (very rare in a realtor!) He understood my needs and expectations, suggested good listings and made sure to call out anything that was missing from my must have or nice to have list on listings that I seemed excited about but were not perfect. I never felt he was trying to make a 'sale' but he was genuinely trying to make sure I bought a place I would be happy with that was a great opportunity. He was professional, available and could answer all my questions. He would go out of his way to contact the listing agents and get additional details before the open houses or showings. This was my first home buying experience and he was incredibly helpful! Thank you for the assistance, I am very happy in my new home! 🙂

Adam was absolutely wonderful to work with. It was like having a friend on the "inside" that is working for you. You can tell he really cares about his clients and all parties involved as well as the community and neighborhood he lives in. I could tell from the start that he is extremely prideful and knowledageable of his home town of Chelsea. Adam help me navigate through a difficult situation in the sale of my townhouse. One in which the tenant had lived there for 20 plus years, accumulated masssive amounts of belongings as well as the recent passing of he spouse. Adam not only had to act as a phycologist, moving/packing company and friend. He did so masterfully with caring and compassion for the tenant throughout the eating process. He was always forthright and honest with me providedhis points of view as well as respected mine. He went over and above anything I wouldh ave expected. I would without any reservations highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to do any type Real Estate transaction. You will be very happy if you did so.
